Consequently, huge demand of skilled “Tax & Accounts” Specialist in Corporates and Consulting Firm is growing and moreover not only in big cities but even in small towns. The reason being that the academic syllabus is not designed to skill students in their course with practical training. We are a team of experienced professionals who have experience of over 20 years in industries and education fields who has been upgrading and training accountants to make them eligible to fit for current requirements of the Industries and Consultancy Firms. The course has been designed to train students in such a way that they meet the requirements of Industries and can be placed after completion of this Course.
We are pioneers in this field to map the skills of the youths who are really interested in making a career in accounting and taxation by using the technology of the new era and tools.
The Objective of the Course – The main objective of the Course is to train candidates with the latest requirements of the industry and make them more compatible in emerged industries environment. Ultimate aim of the course is to train those candidates who are from small towns and are not able to afford huge amount of money to go in major cities. Our aim is to train those candidates who are actually more passionate to make a great career in accounting and taxation.
How the Idea conceived
An idea comes to mind while interviewing students for the post of accountant where a number of candidates come for an interview with a Degree of B. Com, M. Com and MBA in Finance. Most of the candidates do not have the basic skill as required for an accountant in real life. Only limited knowledge of book entry, very basic knowledge of Taxation (Direct and Indirect), most of them do not know about allied law, the purpose of PO/PI Invoice and may think that an accountant must have the knowledge to guide employers.
Even most of them have taken 3 or 6-month training in institutions but actually, they cannot even maintain a book of account in accounting software, a big gap to understand the requirements of specific jobs in Accounts and Taxation.
We have designed the course based on practical experience and requirements of the industries. The total focus is on Practical oriented exposures and skilling the candidates with practical oriented guidance to enhance their confidence and knowledge in accounting and taxation by using technology and tools.
